Steam itself does, so I can’t imagine this wouldn’t.

Same here. 😕
No. It’s like the store charging you 25k to put it on an endcap(IE the prominent displays at the end of every aisle) instead of the shelves where all other items go.
Fuck this clickbait bullshit. Stop trying to pass off a Mod as the actual game just so you can get your precious clicks. You wonder why less people than ever visit Kotaku? It’s shit like this.
I’d argue the reason people rely on Steam has more to do with them getting all the games. As much as I love GOG (and buy anything I can THERE first) you just can’t buy new titles on GOG except for a select few. I just wish more people would DEMAND publishers put their games there.
I had to go find some gameplay on Twitch, because that first screenshot. Woof.
Oh definitely. But then the unsettling nature is the point of it. The biggest issue is whether it does more than unsettle you and most people won’t know unless they either spoil it or get to that point and that’s a shame...
To be fair, that warning was added later.
I would play it without the warnings, it packs so much of a punch (especially the first moment when shit goes sideways) that knowing what’s coming up would at least partially ruin it. That said, if you believe you might be triggered by some content, then definitely go ahead.
I saw this question posed on Twitter. Someone said there’s a desktop shown in the trailer/released screenshots... I didn’t see it for myself though, but that would explain it.
That was honestly my first thought. They’d basically announced they were working on something connected to it/hinted by DDLC years ago and there’s been nothing to far...
Do what I did, play it first, then play have the spouse play it. That way you know what’s coming and also if it would be too much for your spouse.
It’s dark, and a bit creepy... but it’s NOT that bad. Content warnings, sure whatever go ahead. It definitely tackles subject matter that could trigger someone.
Agreed. Fuck Geoff and his self-promotion disguised (poorly) as gaming altruism.
This is a fair point... if it wasn’t 10 years since the last one.
Comment complaining about Herbs, not in relation to gardening.
I romanced him this time around, so I wasn’t about to lie to someone I loved so it wasn’t even up for debate to me.
If Death Stranding Directors Cut counts, then you missed Fatal Frame: Maiden of the Black Water, Danganronpa: Decadence, and Tony Hawk 1 + 2 Switch.
