“The tone of content” improved without them? If you mean, barely any content outside of podcasts, you’d be correct. Of course, that was already sort of an issue at Giant Bomb BEFORE they left, it just got worse.

Yes, and as much as I LOVE this game (Bought it back when it first came out), it’s gameplay really is ancient and NEEDS a remaster... an HD uprez just wouldn’t be enough.

I think it could, it just needs to be a visual powerhouse full of sights and wonders... Just for the love of god, don’t try to extend the game’s length with boring on the ground ‘kids’ segments like they did with the Wii NiGHTS game...

Odd that they still consider Panzer Dragoon and Streets of Rage dormant... I guess they believe if Sega themselves isn’t making it it doesn’t count?

Not just that, but even in the low resolution (720p) they used it looks much blurier than the original image. Imagine how much worse it would look if they uploaded a better quality video that showed the lost details and resolution from the original gameplay.

Maybe try Videogame Outsiders?

He didn’t used to be that way, he got extremely jaded when Ryan died and never really recovered. He’s a lot more happy when doing his own thing on one of his old games streams.

Nah, Red Ventures did something, and Jeff having a family is too afraid to leave too and take a chance elsewhere. Basically, he’s gone corporate. Like, I get it to some extent, but it is what it is.

Yeah, their pandemic output was pretty poor sadly. I cancelled mine a few months ago for the same reason.

A “collective vision” at Giant Bomb? Like, it’s just Jeff left... And Jan and Jason, but they’re relatively new and generally not in front of the camera as much, so yeah, it’s pretty easy for there to be a specific vision when you’re the only one left...
