Most of the time the police stop and harass you for just being Black, but sometimes they actually stop and harass you because you are committing a crime. I would say the LAPD got a 2 for 1 on this — It's the Blue Light Special!

The city has a very serious segregation problem, it's lack of diversity in certain governmental sectors is merely a reflection of this fact.
Being White and male is not a job description. It's funny how arguments against diversity always presuppose from the outset that the individual in question is not otherwise capable of doing the job simply because they are not White and male.
