Why are you so quick to jump to the conclusion that any statement is "victim-blaming?" Does any discussion of the facts always equal "victim-blaming?" Do you think you bear any responsibility for your assumptions? How and whom does calling out perceived "victim-blaming" help?

I want to know "why" this is happening. You clearly have your own agenda that you are seeking to advance — you do that but not here. If you don't like what I have to say move on.

So, you are cool with women and girls continuing to defend and make excuses for the men who harm them. Um...ok. In the meantime I will continue to consider the question I raised, which is "How and why is this happening, why do woman and girls accept this?" If you have something to contribute, don't bother.

This about empowering workers. At present employers hold a disproportionate amount of power because they know their employes are struggling to survive. This makes it difficult, if not impossible, for workers to say no to unreasonable demands. Moreover, people who are not paid a living wage lose more than just money,
