Disagree. I think he means "SEC! SEC! SEC!" fans. Like the Tennesee or Florida fan that roots for Alabama in bowl games. You won't see Yankee fans rooting for the Red Sox in the playoffs, or vice versa. Can you see Cowboy fans chanting NFC! NFC! when Philly or New York play in the Super Bowl?

Must be a proximity thing, New Jersey/Long Island Duke fans are the worst humans on the planet.
