I feel like my 2016 GTI 6spd with performance pack and sunroof is just what you want. 67,000 miles. Meticulously cared for with all service records available. Some body damage from an asshole that backed into my door and didn’t leave a note.  No mechanical issues and I still love driving it after 6 years, but ready

Can’t argue with any of that. Thanks!

I get all that, and I’m not trying to be argumentative, but given that manuals are FAR more common in Europe (I’m not European but I’ve lived/worked there), I would assume demand for a manual R in Europe would be even greater than in the US. Is that not actually the case?

Okay, but what does that have to do with Europe??

How about interior quality?

Is the interior and UI merely awful, or is it disqualifyingly awful?

We’re wading into tricky ethical territory here, but I agree that participating in these events doesn’t necessarily make you a bad person.

What a weird moment in musical time when No Doubt and Sublime ruled the charts.

You’re annoying, but you’re too dull and impotent of a troll to “piss off” anybody.

Sure, but isn’t that all “for science?”

Maybe one of the oddest and least essential articles I’ve ever skimmed.

I didn’t think “the optics are weird” at all. He used his leverage to go to bat for a coworker. That’s great.

Empty snark is boring and very 2017.

Ambiguous in what sense?

You want to treat that pressure? Maybe go down on your gas a little bit.

No stick, can’t pick.

Precisely! I’d love to be able to get a manual hatch (like my current Mk7!) with the new trick diff and not be saddled with the Mk8’s awful interior.

Gotcha. Some domestic violence is good and some is not.

I think it’s beautiful, but taste is subjective.

You plan your routes with a map, that someone else plotted and published and then you bought it at a store? You are so soft and coddled. In the 1800’s, people had to create mental maps just from experience, or learn to navigate with a compass or by using the stars. (You see my point?)
