Hey, taste is subjective and if you don’t like them, good for you. But denying their significance only shows your ignorance of music history.

This seems like a good place to mention that the best concert I’ve ever attended was Rage and Wu Tang in Charlotte, NC.

He’s going to looooove Dumb and Dumber.

He sells tickets but he doesn’t make iconic movies. All the movies you listed have already been forgotten by 99% of the  public.

Yeah, the Rock is (“was” feels more accurate) the biggest star in the world, but he only makes shitty, forgettable movies.

“I’ve heard rumors that there are a handful of reasons why he’s not exactly a sought-after commodity in the F1 world.”

Do you just sit home all day, scrolling Jalopnik, looking for people you can quote and correct?

I think it’s just a clumsily written sentence. I took it to mean that the images taken by Webb will be seen by us in living color.

Even by pedantic internet comment standards, this is a wild nitpick.

If you can be “disappointed” by anything the Real Housewives franchise does, I’d argue your expectations are too high.

You readers spoke on slide shows a loooong time ago, but this one is particularly egregious. Like, it’s 20 of the same picture with captions that add nothing.

Are there actually people that identify as WW fans?   I just assumed her entire audience was unemployed people who lost their remote control.

Once again, your argument is based on a premise so stupid it’s embarrassing.

We’ll all take that as a dodge/concession that I’m right.

You’re not following. What is unrelated to this conversation is your observation that the proverb is often misused.

If your argument is based on the premise that “no one wants to rent,” your argument is DOA.

Not a landlord and not “offended.” Just pointing out the proverb doesn’t relate to the topic at hand.

I don’t have to guess who votes in local elections, because I know the answer is “local homeowners.” But, I also know that landlord/tenant law is usually established at the state level, occasionally at the federal level and almost never at the local level, so the point you think you’re making quickly falls apart.

Landlords are not part of a single organization nor are they unified in any meaningful way, so I’m not sure why you think one bad landlord would spoil the whole bunch.
