Great theory, I suggest reading the books to find out if you are right, or just keep watching the show. :)

I’m in the same boat with Clarissa, her character is just kind of flat and trying too hard maybe? I don’t think the TV show needs to make her as big of a character as she is in the books, Beyond this plot line I think they could write her story out and it wouldn’t change the overall impact much.

I do believe that it was just a one-off.

I love the visual of all of the multiple gates open in two different star systems. I never had a good idea of how the slow Zone really looked and I think they captured it perfectly here.

Read this to yourself in Korg’s voice and you won’t be able to stop smiling.

Well, I’ll respond again to this post since it seems my posts about disagreeing with the premise of the review were deleted. Apparently, through reading an interview on a competing site, it seems that David did flat-out rape her. I still don’t think that it was narratively earned, which is why it never clicked in my

I honestly thought that a c grade was being very generous as the plotting of the show made me almost turn the show off.

I thank you for bringing up the fucking Minotaur because that was the most confusing thing of this entire confusing season.

I’m sure I posted this in another comment but the assumption that wiping the memories is heinous implies that the memories weren’t false or manipulated to begin with. Is it better to let someone continue believing a falsehood or to remove the fact that they were incorrect in an attempt to return them to their prior

I think it’s only wrong if David removed true, and not manipulated memories. The fact that everyone was obviously enthrall to the Shadow King at the end, coupled with the heavy-handedness in which they were trying to make us believe that David was the villain, Tumi makes that accusation fall flat. Hey, I’m not one to

As long time fall off the game, this is most definitely a thing and I find it refreshing when this is brought to my attention. Real people have real emotions, it’s great.

In Deke’s re-assembled Framework (while in the future on shattered Earth), he had a video that showed that scene. He used this as evidence that she was the Destroyer of Worlds.

They’ve paid over 200 million to Seattle in taxes in recent years, this no taxes thing is bs.

If they’re willing to pay people a wage then that is the market rate. One of the problems is that when things are more expensive everyone believes they are entitled to stay where they were as opposed to finding a more affordable location such as east of the mountains.

Not In My Back Yard, basically it means that I support what you are trying to accomplish but just don’t do it anywhere close to me that impacts my way of life.

The city has a governance problem, not a revenue problem. All today will do is make the climate for businesses more difficult.

Isn’t her diamond shape the same, just flipped?

I don’t think that he did anything in this little episode beyond releasing her powers. I had the same thought, but if he did anything, it’s off-screen. Shield doesn’t usually do that.

The show is making it pretty clear and consistent that the temple is where access to the brain is; the cookie, the interface with the Callister, arkangel, whitebear memory zap.

Don’t start that shit here too. Jesus.
