Shannon Lee is of course allowed to think and say whatever she likes about her father, but as great as Lee was, he wasn’t exactly a saint. Not in the time frame that this movie is set in, anyway. I came across this article earlier today about the time he was challenged to a fight by David Chin. According to reports,

In an era where some mad CoD player calling the SWAT on a made-up address resulted in the actual occupant’s death, I'd be absolutely terrified of getting my home address leaked to people with an axe to grind.

Ridiculous. Privacy is important period for everyone. These journalists get death threats for no reason as is. Stop putting zero value on privacy.  You don't have to be guilty of something to be entitled to it.

Bald men are not a historically marginalized group. Furthermore, your example doesn’t involve a stereotype used to justify oppression of the group in question. “Mentally ill people are evil/violent” is a stereotype which has been used to justify poor treatment of the mentally ill.

He’s literally described as someone with incredible power who’s being manipulated, not someone who’s inherently evil.

That’s the point. It’s offensive because it’s an inaccurate stereotype of a mentally ill individual. If it was a stereotypical representation of a racial group, you couldn’t excuse it by saying it “does not represent the state of racial identity in our world”. Same rules here.

Imagine someone meeting the wonderful and varied characters of the Black Eagle house and saying “thank u, next” :-(

yeah, except its not fine and anyone that throws a cat at any capacity should be punched in the fucking face.

Parents. Parents buy this for kids, just like the 3DS. It’s amazing how many of you still don’t understand Nintendo.

I’m pretty sure a third-place, South American, soccer match is the last place the president will show up.

It’s close enough. I mean, if you factor in different art styles, different parts of the timeline, and different proportioned versions of Link, it’s hard to expect everything to be 1:1. Plus, it’s not like everything such as village locations, different races, etc. stay consistent from game to game.

Same, I my bet is that it will have its release in fall or winter 2020 since the engine and most assets are already there.

If I had to guess, I’d say that it’ll be their big focus at E3 2020 and then we’ll see it that fall. That’s just a guess, though! No inside info here.

I love the idea that they just had so many good items that they just went “yup, time for another game”. That’s the way all development should be. A few dlcs here or there, but if you’ve got so many ideas that dlc isn’t going to work, build a new one.

Considering that the average Japanese person works 55+ hours per week. Their idea of overtime is completely different from ours.

Just get rid of him already, all these fucking people and their disgusting fucking edgy streams, learn some manners and laws because this shit is tiring.

I didn’t contextualize it until reading your comment just now.

To be honest I kept waiting for Margo Martindale to show up.

I can’t believe it took me until the very last episode of the season to realize that’s where they were going with that joke. It’s so obvious in hindsight that Sex Robot was a sexual predator executive in plain sight that nobody notices. At first I just thought it was the basic idiot executive joke.

I still don’t understand why Princess Caroline pushed Ralph away after he reaffirmed his love for her and his desire to begin a family. She seems to genuinely love him, and I feel her fear of commitment post her Bojack relationship is really in her way.

Todd’s incredulous “...NO.” when asked if the sex robot was a metaphor was my hardest laugh of the episode.
