That table really tied the room together.

So...

Maybe it was pretty much a done deal and they just needed to work out a few of those little “Marvel details” where he has to sign on to be in a few spinoffs or whatever?

I’m still confused: Why wasn’t Shane in the right in the first episode.

i agree 100%. I’m not trying to blame Armond. But Shan serves a bigger problem: Someone who thinks the world is out to get him (when it’s not) being minorly inconvenienced by someone who wasn’t out to get him, but kind of did.

Some people were pointing out that he did pay for the room, Armond made the mistake, and it’s being conflated with “defending” his actions.

I rewatched the finale last night.

Aw, man, I hope none of his text logs or tweets from that time become public.

I always thought the Shane/Armond conflict was an interesting one. Like... Shane’s a megadouche and we’re not supposed to root for him but he also wasn’t wrong: Armond booked the wrong room then lied to him, and kept pushing and pushing and pushing until they had their own little war. Armond WAS out to get him at some

How do you wake up in the morning and face yourself?

i was really dismayed by this news and then I realized I was confusing him with Bobby Moynihan. I’m still dismayed this could happen, but a little less so since i haven’t thought about him in years.

I’m extremely happy we’re getting many different Captains America, and I think Sam is the one we need right now for this day and age. I want him promoted.

I hear Knives Out 3 is going to be an all Wookie Cast.

This reminds me of the Simpsons episode where someone says something to comic book guy who responds “That didn’t really happen, it was an imaginary story.”

I’m consistently amazed by the people who see fake screenshotted tweets who still think an edit button is a good time.

I’m really looking forward to this book based on this review.

Does anyone else get the impression that the White Lotus is one of those places that isn’t like one of those rich people resorts, but a resort that pretends it is? If douchebro McGee is really that wealthy, why is he going to a place with breakfast buffets and a place that a civil servant can go to?

I buy that. I think she’s a parody of the woke person, looking for the next “oppressed” person to help. My personal favorite juxtaposition is when she was complaining about the oppressed white man during the Hawaiian dance performance. That was brilliant.

NERD RAGE!

Those monsters!
