All is forgiven! Was all my fault anyway! Well, and Kinja's. If I didn't have to click "show additional comments" over and over it would be easier to get around these parts...

Well...this is what happens when I reply to the wrong comment (mine was directed to StevenG, not you - everything YOU said makes perfect sense and is evidence that you do have a clue how things work around these parts)
What suburban paradise are you from? I'm guessing you have little tri-state context for this statement. No one (myself included) in Manhattan uses their car just to run an errand or go to the store. Maybe on a Sunday afternoon, MAYBE, but that's it. The purpose that people's cars serve here is just to get them in/out…
I'd think that the number of games played has to factor in here, right? I mean, it's easy to be an NFL fan for an in-market team and actually see most (if not all) of their games (which for most people are played on the fan's day off and in the daytime). It is a much more frequent and onerous time commitment to watch…
"Just because someone hasn't had the opportunity to do something before doesn't mean they can't do it."
I'd love to see some mental health experts look into what it is about Jets/Mets fans that keeps them subjecting themselves to this misery year after year.
Peppersteak and tacos (with homemade pico de gallo) were my other go-to's. Both good and practically impossible to fuck up.
Burneko: Love your writing, and love most of your choices for Foodspin posts - this one especially. But can you please post a picture of the finished product, at least??? I want to KNOW how good it looks in order to convince me to forge ahead and test my hand at these.
I cooked this for - literally - a third date once, during the cougar phase of my life (she was 36, and I was 24). Anyway, date #2 was spent shooting pool, we were betting on each game, and I lost the game with the "loser cooks dinner" outcome. Anyway, the point is, at 24 and with few kitchen skills, this was a home…
I live in NYC and have a 2001 Mustang GT which is perfect for it - fast, nimble, loud enough to tell someone you're coming, etc. Only real issue I have is bumper scuffs, and you get those both in a garage or on the street - doesn't matter. I'm now considering trading it in for one of those Mexican cartel tank-truck…
Drew's FSU mention was also NOT a coincidence!
That's actually something you should be absolutely positive about by now...
As a Yankee fan, and being totally genuine, it makes me so happy to see KC, Baltimore, Pittsburgh in the playoffs. I wish we could learn from these teams more.
Well...that's the hope. Lucky for Teddy, his likely first point of comparison will be Christian Ponder, and may the God have mercy on his soul if he isn't an improvement!
As a Yankee fan, I thoroughly approve this. Good on him for having such a great year after getting out of the circus.
"THAT'S DISCRIMINATION!"
Kyle Rudolph is out 6wks with a groin injury, too. Being "cautiously optimistic" about this Vikings' season lasted for exactly one week this season, and I've full blown moved into "we might not win another game" mode.
The commmentators on YES last night mentioned that only like 70 or so of these had ever been recorded in MLB. When you think about how many innings of baseball have been pitched, it's a pretty rare occurrence that warrants mentioning when it does happen.
I see you've arrived to enlighten us all! By all means, please begin to share from the depths of your infinite wisdom.
