Same here (I used to work in a Big 4 tax practice). All I know is that if your tax situation is 90% covered by what's on your W-2, you certainly don't need to pay a CPA to do anything...and if you choose to, all you're paying that person to do is basically commit tax fraud on your behalf.
I have a friend that works

But - why? What is this CPA 'finding' that you don't know on your own? If you're a straight W-2 earner, there's not much for a CPA to do with your return that isn't tax fraud. Sure, if you own property, or are in any way self-employed, there are ways that a CPA can add tremendous value once your tax situation is

Update: figured out the renaming, but not sure if the e-mail hiding worked. Whatever.

Wow, my address in there was from 2005 - shows how long it's been since I bothered with the CBS Sports website!

Also, has anyone figured out how to rename their bracket (and how to privatize their e-mail)? I see that you've gotta be able to do the later, because some entries have it, but I can't find the setting

The most pathetic example of these is on the GMC 'Denali' edition of anything (the grille with the holes - pure plastic!)

Counterpoint: A strong ACC tournament showing by Syracuse (ok, winning it) could get them the #1 seed in the NCAA Tournament that pretty much everyone had redistributed to 'Nova in the last two weeks.

Agreed - these cups definitely fail the eyeball test to warrant the extra $3.

"It was recently brought to our attention that the amount of beer that fits in our large (20-oz) cups also fits in our regular (16-oz) cups. The differentiation in the size of the two cups is too small. To correct that problem, we're purchasing new cups for the large beers that will hold 24 ounces, instead of 20, for

And can I still bunt one to the fence for an inside the park HR???

Am I the only one who it took WAY TOO LONG to recognize Ashley Judd in that picture? No wonder I haven't seen her on screen in years.

I got this too, and my "years" parameter was 2000's. How does that make any sense?

Counterpoint: I live in NYC and it is not OK for it to fall apart.

Bottom line is we've over analyzed this sequence to death, and I think we'd agree at this point that some of the due care paid attention to plot development and a granular level of detail seemed to get abandoned a bit in the final episode. As such, it wasn't perfect, and plot holes are inherently annoying...but I

That was exactly how I ended up in the E30's, right along with the sentiment I felt while moving there!

Marty's whole "we're surveyors and got lost" line at the front door doesn't work once they're in the driveway and in a position to be spotted. Yeah, it would have been a lot smarter of them to notice they'd lost cell reception BEFORE turning on the driveway, but it wasn't written that way. Of all the details to pick

The difference is that I won't set foot in Dorian's! I hope that place burns with everyone in it; easily one of the top 5 worst bars NYC has to offer.
Where are you leaving the UES for, if I may ask?

They've got a storied history of putting themselves in dangerous situations, often without ANY help at all (everything with the bikers, descending on Ledoux even after finding all of the traps and tripwires) - so how they handled Errol seemed to fit their 'normal' approach, regardless of how reckless it appeared to be.

Re: 2) they aren't even still cops - just PI's! They don't have back-up, and their only other course of action would be handing their investigation to the police (who, through their own investigation, they know cannot be trusted and don't know what they know).

Excuse my ignorance - but what is being pointed out there with the arrow, and what significance or reference does it carry?

Affirmed on the Delta Shuttle free booze...I did the LOG/LGA back and forth for a while and enjoyed the included Thursday evening alcohol...
