I wonder how many of those purchases were to Livery companies who got them deeply discounted and then painted them black...

I've had an Ambien prescription for several years, and these are the things that I always hear about and have never, ever experienced. According to my girlfriend, all I've ever done is mumble a little on occasion. That said though, it's still powerful shit and I do fear it...

This news made me feel really old (I'm 33).

I grew up in Syracuse, which frankly is a mixed bag of Bills, Giants, Jets, and to a lesser extent, Patriots fans. There is though very noticeable Eagles contingent there now that didn't exist when I was growing up, and it happened overnight ~15 years ago - all because of McNabb. It seems like the majority of them

I recall being at a Texas Tech @ Texas football game 5-6 years ago, and the dudes in the row in front of our group were all just like this guy: 50ish (give or take) and obnoxious. The most annoying/obnoxious one of that group was wearing a belt that said SQUIRREL on it in big huge letters, so naturally that became the

I've been on that thing (grew up in greater Syracuse), and you don't know what a real scrape is until you've experienced injuries from the alpine slide! It's like the worst fall off of a bike you ever experienced times a thousand.

Agreed. The getting to the Meadowlands by train during the season is awful enough (which is why so few people do it), but a day like today where it's one of the only means available, and security is heightened, just looks as if they still didn't plan well enough for the volume. I imagine getting out of there is going

I think the problem is that they're doing what appears to be most security/pre-screening in a mass transit station, and not at the stadium, is creating a bottleneck. I get that they want to keep the trains safe too, but, this is obviously creating some significant delays and creating entirely new problems as a result.

+1 CNY evacuee! GO ORANGE

"Most people attribute collar staining to sweat, which is right, but only partially so. Ring around the collar is caused by a combination of sweat, dead skin, and product buildup."
I've dealt with this for years...and have concluded it is because I have oily skin. Am I off base?
Also, I find that - depending on the

Yeah. They do NOT find any humor in it over there, generally speaking...

Fun Fact: some establishments in Ireland now refer to Irish Car Bombs as 9/11's, which should be a clear indication of the general sentiment toward the name.
Also, they're delicious!

This list is bullshit w/o James Dean on it.

1986 Caprice Classic wagon! I was carted around in a navy one of those my entire childhood. I remember we got a great trade-in on it from the Ford dealer toward its replacement (a 1994 Explorer XLT) because they were being exported to islands to serve as taxi's.

Was there a similar controversy when Herschel Walker got involved in the men's Olympic bobsled team? Genuine question, because Wikipedia doesn't say shit about it and I wasn't old enough to give a shit about that kind of thing at the time.

Legion of Boom (I'm assuming)

Legion of Boom (I'm assuming)

I'm normally a "run a tab and tip between 20-50%, depending on how often I'm comped a round and how much of a regular I am at the bar". However, I deviated from this on Wed night while in D.C. on business at the hotel bar (Grand Hyatt, cheesy sports bar downstairs from the lobby). I was there long enough for two

JERRY'S VISITING???????????? YES!

This has always been my favorite 4 door, non-"M" BMW. Owning a 2002 740i wth the five spoke wheels would make my day today just as much as it would have back when it came out.
