This is basically why I can't bring myself to get a 'new' car while here. I have a 2001 Mustang GT convertible now that looks/runs great and has almost 110K on it. Of course, the bumpers have a few scuffs over the years (it's only lived here the last 3, and it has been stored every winter I've owned it since 2005),

Not sure I even knew these existed at all...but now that I do, I'm in 100% agreement!

Glad someone gave the 512 some love...it's probably my favorite Ferrari ever.

I saw a silver one of these get on 95N around Darien, CT on Sunday. Absolutely gorgeous.

That growing list of casualties is sad...and will continue to be as it works its way down the next few miles.

Hate to crap on your UES 2nd Ave nostalgia, Drew - but Ship of Fools closed earlier this year. It was actually one of the better places in that 'hood to catch games. The last memory I have of a football Sunday there involved the couple at the table next to us who were obviously on about their 2nd date and they seemed

That pitch was DEFINITELY a strike.

Too bad that umpires suck at calling balls and strikes more than anything else. I watched ONE INNING of the Angels/Yankees game last night (granted, it was the 6th inning, so it was about 40mins long), but the volume of terrible strike zone calls in that inning alone was atrocious. Anyway, I welcome the proposed

I bet you're feeling smart this week! Bravo on the prediction.

Nick Faldo made a comment after the "mashed potatoes" guy struck for about the 34th televised time on Saturday afternoon, and while I don't recall his quote in verbatim, it was something along the lines of "if you're going to pull that shit, could you at least keep it to tournaments that aren't majors?"

Normally I

Same. I have an '01 GT and while the fastest I've gotten it was 135mph, it certainly had no trouble getting there...

I'm 6'2" and bought my '01 GT right before my 25th birthday when it was a few years old. I had a hard time getting in it then, and it hasn't gotten any easier now that I'm 33! Still runs like a dream though...

My Mustang is literally the exact same car in that picture, exterior color and all (though my interior and roof are dark, not tan). Anyway, I got it up to 135mph once, with the top down. It was humming along nicely...but I can't say I've had the urge to test its limits since. Now that it's got 110K on it, probably not

Ah - I was lucky enough to be on the field (basically straight out from Mike, 1/3 of the way back after the GA area. Anyway, can't wait for the fall tour. I'll be at both shows for Brooklyn, Philly, and Los Angeles. Missing Hartford for the first time in a decade, though.

I'm an idiot and didn't even take the time to notice that the clip you posted here was actually from said show at Wrigley. What I'd do for that POV at a PJ show...

Lose the vest, Keith. You're going to work, not the prom!

Don't you hate pants?

Amazing work right there.

AGREED. I was in Chicago for their show at Wrigley recently and they opened with it. Can't ever complain about a set when they include this song in it...

But don't you find it a hassle to GET your baggage? I fly constantly and avoid checking bags whenever possible. I'd rather have it take 5 extra mins to get off the plane each time than deal with waiting for baggage to arrive at the carousel. Further, you don't risk losing anything when you carry on, AND you can do
