That’s hilarious. Also, how much you want to bet that obvious Wolverine easter egg gets contradicted by whatever they cook up for his real on-screen experience?

My least favorite episode this season was the dinosaur one. I always think R&M is at its best when its engaging with a genuinely clever sci-fi hook, and this episode’s hook left me wanting.

It was? Huh. I must have missed that gag. Was it part of a news ticker, or something?

Hey, as long as it’s to be played by the same actress, Ms. Bassett still gets to collect a well-deserved check!

Count me as another one of the “Hey, I enjoyed them for what they were” crowd!

I wonder what the odds are of this one trying to tie up any of the dangling threads left by Covenant, or just ignoring it altogether? Not sure which I’d prefer.

Still mad they didn’t take the opportunity to make the Doctor a ginger when they finally regenerated as a woman, just so the Doctor could react so loudly to their hair color, but then look at the change in gender as a mere “oh, right. Huh.”

A little proofreading also costs nothing and is your literal job, lol.

By way of counterbalance to the (unnecessary) rudeness, I just want to say that I greatly appreciate your willingness to interact with the commentariat, and overall think you’re doing a bang-up job. I actively look forward to seeing your name in the byline.

And even if it somehow had succeeded in not being edgelord bullshit fan service... it still would have been directed by Colin Trevorrow. (Looks at JW: Dominion)

+1 for the Bad Dudes reference. (Ninjas have kidnapped the president, btw)

Man, I love love LOVED the toy line Kenner made for Aliens back then. Basically have it to thank for pointing toward my favorite sci fi series.

I am so angry at that plot point existing, because it truly is so stupid that ignoring it altogether? Is the only sane reaction.

I had the same thought exactly. But then, this is also the same property that wasted Rebecca Hall on a nothing role, so... (sighs)

Damn. This just made me break.

I absolutely love his version of Batman. It’s like the perfect halfway point between Conroy and Adam West: smooth and gravelly at the same time.

Good GOD, am I excited for that one.

+1 for “Metroidheart”

Bingo. I got the sense that his main play he was after was to unite their kingdoms by successfully wooing Shuri.

Which is VERY in-character for Namor.
