I do leasing consulting for a living, and 9 times out of 10, a long stay hotel is cheaper than a 1-3 month lease. Once you factor in furniture, parking, other utilities, etc.... being in a hotel makes a lot of sense. That said, it ain’t cheap.

If you pay for a used car in cash, every month you don’t have a car payment, non-existent car payment could be budgeted for repairs. My car loans are $1500 a month. I don’t know of any used car that is gonna cost me that much every month for the next 48 months.

I’d welcome all of these back to get rid of slideshows.

This brings me back to 3rd grade and ADIDAS

Once I grew up I came to realize that the long-running “This Old House” is a far superior show to anything on HGTV. They spend one season per house, and take the time to show you what actually needs to be done to complete a project. 

Clearly some people have never had the pleasure of owing a Samsung appliance. If they can’t build a washing machine that lasts more than 14 months, you really want a car from them?
