Not all changes need to be major. Get rid of clutter, and ANYTHING that could be a trip hazard. When you get older, falls are often the top of the rollercoaster. I’ve seen more relatively healthy people be completely fine and have a moderate fall. End up in the hospital, and be dead within a few months.

This isn’t being bad at estimating risk, this is being needlessly, and stupidly inflammatory. I honestly hope this person is a troll (like someone who knows what they are doing), rather than someone who is so dim that they feel like this is an actual, valid point. Based on the wording, I think its the former.

When I’m interviewing, I have a few questions that I always ask and I pay really close attention, not just to the actual response, but the way they respond, tone, body language, etc. Mainly I’m looking for honest, or what feel like heartfelt answers.

Of course it is, and I count myself in that camp.
That said, it’s really easy to think of a few key phrases to use as to not make a complimenter feel like their appreciation is a waste.

Am I the only person who literally, reflexively never clicks on Google ads at the tops of searches? Even if its clear it’s exactly what I want? I scroll the extra 3 inches and look at the regular results....
