Mentioning a landfill in the subheader is dumb. Leaves are completely biodegradable and wouldn’t adversely affect anything. Also, they don’t generally end up and a landfill but in a yard waste facility where they will be turned into compost.

We’ve always historically done very well with Toyota owners with the Tundra, but we think this truck will give us the ability to conquest more because of its towing capabilities and because of its brand positioning, the strength of the look of the truck, and the interior of the truck.

Side note: I used to work for a software company that helped private companies track equity/cap tables, and REIT’s were our white hot nightmare... Their ownership structure was always the most mind blowingly complex and confusing. Not that it has anything to do with this in particular, but it was completely nuts.

And remember kids, if you’re using a work supplied computer, basically anything you do (settings, specific applications, notifications) can likely be tracked as well.

My god, if they only made a lunchbox that looked like this... My kid would LOVE this...

How TF did these not make the list?

Something containing the name “Delta” rn... Oof

Have had multiple friends who have written purposefully manipulative, completely full of shit letters trying to sway sellers. I’m talking people who have no intention of having children, waxing poetic about watching their children play in the backyard.

COVID Vaccine!

There was one sentence that didn’t get enough attention, which is the one about being clear about what how you want the issue resolved. I can’t believe how many times I’ve read correspondence where someone absolutely UNLOADED on company about a situation, and then got pissed about the offered resolution, all because

You sure about that? Every job I’ve ever had for the last 10+ years has had me signing a ream of papers upon starting. Many of those included some sort of agreement saying I wouldn’t work for someone else “on company time”. Which is somewhat specific, but honestly much of the US is “at will” anyway, so they don’t

“Start Slideshow”

You have to look at it in the context of population density. (i.e. people per square mile).

be prepared to need to use a bit of bon-ami or bar keepers friend once in a while to clean the residue off the side of the machine. The garbage stainless steel they use (which has very deep brushed finish) along with the fact that the thing heats up means that the dye from the markers will (at the very least) leave

Before it became standard stabby movie trope, there was (is) a tool that is meant to deal with this problem....

What kind of nail polish remover did you use? Because the main ingredient in most is Acetone...

Several users mentioned Dogma, which I’ve not included in this list because, oddly enough, it’s not currently streaming anywhere.

3 years from now there will likely be no shortage of people who’ve got $26k left on their note, and the trade-in offer will be $16k or less.

I’m interested to see what the other side of this is going to look like. People are taking 7 year loans out. When the market normalizes, all the “value” that these cars have today will be greatly diminished.  How is that going to affect car buying?  Will people wait longer? Will they just continue to roll negative

He’d probably be in the russian mafia.
