fair point, but if we’re headed into a new paradigm where weather is more wild, all of our cities with aging infrastructure are going to see stuff like this happening on the reg. So we can’t just stick our heads in the sand and say “who would have thought...”

I literally said (fucking twice) that I don’t think they should have kept his money. If these fucknut cops decided that the dog smelled drugs and they arrest him and he’s got a huge bag of cash, if they let him go without charging him, (I said, twice) he should get his money back immediately...

I’m not condoning this behavior in any way, once they decide not to pursue charges, they should not be able to keep anything they seize from you.
