I saw a big dustup post about this on LinkedIn a couple weeks back. At its core, I feel like this is really hypocritical. Often the same people who are like “if I don’t get a note from a candidate, they’re fucked” are the same people who completely ghost candidates that they aren’t going to continue on with, etc.
