This sounds like some of my coworkers. They will finely craft these missives and then ask me to proofread them, and then they get butthurt when I basically tell them “You’ve got 3 sentences, tops, to get your point across, no one is going to read all this fluffy shit”.

THIS. I’ve been wearing XL “Safemate” cloth masks with a filter pocket, and they’re about the only ones that I’ve found that fits my face comfortably (and don’t make the backs of my ears bleed).

Mostly I made this post mostly to illustrate that people should be asking these questions before they jump up and start using a new “thingy”.

We had our schools start to go back hybrid a month or two ago. It was mainly the “phase 1" kids, those who were very high needs, and couldn’t really access the curriculum remotely.

Do PWA’s essentially act as their own web browser? If so, are they subject to the same security as your default web browser? Are they any more likely to be an attack vector for hackers in the future?

Another line item on the list of “Stuff I can’t believe people have to be reminded to do during a job search”.

Well pardon my french, but... no shit.

I feel like the answer has to be for the AV’s to be able to communicate, or at least “broadcast” their position, status, etc to the cars around. Because while redundancy is definitely key, you have to think that if my car is having a problem (i.e. a sensor(s) goes kaput, tire goes flat, etc .etc.) giving the OTHER

If people only bought things if they needed it, the economy would probably literally grind to a halt. :)

*sigh, I should have known... Low hanging fruit, I suppose.

Can we save the counterpoint on this one for #evilweek?

Seeing as how this likely originated from animals, I’m not sure how anyone should be surprised by this.

Too many people fling out dozens and dozens of generic resumes and then complain that they aren’t getting any traction.

Eat a dick. Wait, stop...

People died, guy... and we’re pretty lucky that it wasn’t significantly more people.

Who could possibly be having anxiety and panic attacks right now? Like there’s anything going on in the world?
