We had 2 when we moved into this house.  We never EVER used them, and I only got around to removing the second one a couple of years ago.  We have a fireplace, and the only reason I don’t brick it up is that it could affect the resale value down the road. 

When you own property, homeowners insurance is an unavoidable expense.

If it was full of Kia Tellurides, they probably would have already resolved this...

I’ve seen many reports of dental offices charging a $25 PPE fee per patient. I understand that there are additional costs, and the reason this is being charged separately is likely due to insurance requirements, but I feel like this is something that will easily become unreasonable in the future.  

While I would love for everyone who desires to have full time employ with benefits, et al, I have a couple of practical questions.

ALSO, bear in mind that COBRA can be applied retroactively.  While I wouldn’t normally advocate for playing fast and loose with something like this.  If you can’t afford COBRA, but you lose your job/insurance, and then suffer a major medical expense, you may want to look into retroactively activating with COBRA, if

I honestly don’t think most people are this dumb. I think that whats happening is intentional (while maybe subconscious). People have quarantine fatigue. There is a gravitational pull towards what we feel is “normal”, and after spending so long resisting that, I feel like most people who are acting with poor judgement

The final redesign of the eclipse always reminded me of the move between the 3rd and 4th generation Mustang bodies.
