This article is very misleading. The US spends nearly twice the agreed 2% of its GDP on defense, 3.6% to be exact. We’re a large country with global commitments. No one expects Latvia to have the same kinds of commitments. But all of the Baltic states are in the direct line of fire of a newly belligerent Russia…
