It is unacceptable to be barring people from conducting legal business. "Be prepared to take hits" is nice on paper, but that doesn't mean it's acceptable (socially or legally.)

Huh.. I wonder if I'll end up with strikes/claims on MINE too.

As a paid service, there's no excuse. The PS3 at least kept advertising away until you actually decided to go to the store. The Xbox 360 does not anymore. What's more is that when I first bought my Xbox 360, it was on the blade dashboard and that was acceptable, but in order to use the things I've paid for, I had no

The space has been shown to use advertising before, as per the mock-up. The only reason why it doesn't right NOW is because the console is new. Just wait.. you'll get more ads in your face because that's how Microsoft makes money.

It's already a punishable crime?

It kind of looks like the same BS McDonalds and Carl's Junior pulls.. advertises an awesome-looking burger, but falls so flat on deliver that it's a disappointment in taste too. I wish places were required to use real product images.

Considering I've been able to use BOTH the Xbox One and PS4, I can see why he'd prefer the PS4. As a game console, the PS4 does better, and some design choices (which are thankfully only software issues) for the Xbox One really make it a pain to use th econsole.

It got all the "too-serious" crowd in an uproar again. Oh, that card is hilarious.

:P

.. Sorry, but no.

There's a reason why leaderboards really shouldn't belong in games these days.

Cheating isn't new to Pokémon's online play. Last August, a global Pokémon tournament was plagued with deceptive players. Damn shame some players need to use underhanded tricks to win. They can't be satisfying, can they?

After the fact, sure.. but to buy you way through before you've earned the progress for it?

Rockstar says the SII was supported, turns out it wasn't despite still being reported by them as supported. See where the problem is? "It's the customer's fault" doesn't work here.

What is the point of having progression-based rewards if you don't.. play the game?

Nope, Rockstar listed the Galaxy S2 as a supported phone. The catch is that certain providers used the Mali-400 GPU (which was replaced by later models). Basically, rather than listing by model number, they did it by trade name which led a lot of S2 users astray.

It'd be nice if it runs on Mali-based devices. I bought GTA III which worked fine, but Vice City still crashes on my Galaxy SII whenever I get into a car.

Probably due to Adobe's compromise.

Neither do I.. which is just crazy.
