God, yes.. give me ALL the information, please? Are PC manufacturers responsible for what people do? Are camera manufacturers (or driver manufacturers) responsible for what people do with their hardware? Is Open Broadcaster Software, Xsplit, or Adobe responsible for what people do when they broadcast? Not really.
