I haven't had an issue with Treyarch's singleplayer campaigns. I've enjoyed them for what they were. While I don't like Modern Warfare's campaigns post CoD4, I can understand that some people also like it.

I pulled the readme. Unfortunately the article here makes it seem like all three are needed.
For clarity's sake, might want to note that it's the expansions needed (and not Mysteries of Westgate.) That way we don't confuse the lucky few with Steam builds.
