Those are the best two for sure. I’d also maybe add the famed airport fight scene in Civil War, even though it had a lot of CGI. Also I think the final scene in Iron Man 3 was good and also the scene where Tony saved all those people falling out of an airplane

“Kevin +1"

I do feel that you’re right about the character/action dynamic, to the point where I feel the action scenes in Marvel movies are in danger of becoming (or already have become) bland and uninspiring. Thor Ragnarok gives some hope as it adds some style, whether you liked it or not.

Shouldn’t that movie at the end be called “Kevin & Rosa”?!

You had me at Rebecca Front.

Iannucci, Woods, and Laurie teaming up for an HBO scifi comedy? I’m all in on that. Laurie made some amazing comedy with Stephen Fry before he was Dr. House, Iannucci is Iannucci, and Woods? That guy fucks.

They’ll bring Daniel Day-Lewis out of retirement to play Andre the Giant.  He’s already committed to gaining 200 lbs and growing three feet by the time shooting starts.

Pun threads are a trap, and I always take the bait.

I prefer the Scarlet Pumpernickel.

For $4,000, I’ll send you a Blu-Ray disc from which I’ve meticulously digitally removed The Departed.

Just watch Infernal Affairs instead. It’s the superior original and no rat iirc.

The rat may be a bit cheesy, but it doesn’t plague the movie and comes right at the tail end.

The actor also ad-libbed that scene. Pretty brilliant.

Totally.  I’m all for “fuck them for removing the negative comments” when its being directed at something like Time Inc, they can afford to press on.  Some random indie-music podcast or blog being run by a fan in Wisconsin really can have their creators lives ruined if a major record label or management / PR company

The 80's/90's Beeb didn’t respond to letters, they just fired them in the big Pebblemill Furnace along with all the Jimmy Saville accusatory letters.

Or a version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory where all the kids get murdered... wait never mind.

I’d be worried about SyFy ruining the Banana Splits, but the Banana Splits already did that.

Don’t make the mistake of reading the YouTube comments (I mean, like ever I suppose). I had no idea that the pro-MJ camp was so rabid.

You have to remember he was the captain. To taste that sweet success with your own ready room featuring a window view and Livingston the fish - it would be hell to live your life knowing what it was like. Everyone always assumes they could do upper-management's job without actually being in that position. To ACTUALLY
