Ugh, I find all on the list to be very annoying. I do watch Fixer Upper, and I have a love/hate relationship with it. I hate their politics. But the 1880s farmhouse they just did is really cool, and the tiny house with the pulldown ladder (last season maybe) was awesome. Joanna’s designs get very repetitive, but I

He does describe himself as a “functioning alcoholic”. Those issues can become very wearing after a time.

I was watching her show one day and she dumped a whole carton of heavy cream into something and looked up at the camera and said “That never made anything taste worse.” Yes Ina get your life

Okay.

I dunno, I kind of think we’d be better off as a society if we didn’t use length of time as the main metric for judging the success of a relationship.

I’ve always found him unattractive. I think it’s partially his thick neck.

I know he’s objectively handsome, but there’s something about Channing Tatum’s face that sits with me wrong.

I have a big contingent of high school friends who went to Williams, Amherst, Hamilton, Colgate, etc. who have complained of this same thing. They got in over some of our other classmates who went to Ivy Leagues but the name recognition outside the Northeast is minimal.

Ding ding ding, we have a winner!

Ewww! Smart? That means she’ll demand equal pay and complain about being hit on! How unlikable!

There will always be studies explaining to women how it is their own fault they are getting screwed.

Easy solution: Eliminate any identifying information from the application. They will instead have barcodes on them. Hiring managers will only be able to see information that is actually relevant to the job. Once they pick the most qualified applications, they scan the barcode into third-party software that sets up an

Britney is a goddess and Kenzo should be ashamed of what they’ve done to her! She does not require your poor photoshops, bishhhhhhhh!

Surely I’m not the only one who can tell it’s Britney by those abs? Her stomach is more recognizable to me than her face!

The stupidest thing is at least for people who work on a computer that can be done anywhere is that there is absolutely no effing reason for people to be present at their workplace as many hours as they are. I don’t know what your husband does but I bet there’s no reason for him to be in the office most of the time.

My husband is constantly asked to come in on his day off, when our son has a standing appointment that my husband takes him to. His boss is like, “can’t your wife do it”. No, I cannot, because I am at work and it is husband’s fucking day off.

The idea of 39 weeks paid leave makes me want to cry - it’s a punch in the gut to imagine something like that as the norm for women outside the US. I can’t even imagine how much easier that would make having a kid.

So now that shitty parental leave policies are affecting men (because more men have realized they want to be more involved as parents) does this mean we’ll finally get some improvement in paid parental leave? I guess it wasn’t important when women were asking for it. Sigh.

I don’t know anyone who hated Fallon for breaking.

I just hate Fallon because he’s unfunny and smug, but to each their own.
