Unless a teacher is being paid extra for after school care, they aren’t there and they shouldn’t be assigned work outside of their classroom between classes or at lunch as they need that time to do their actual job or eating lunch/going to the bathroom themselves.

Teachers are not generally walking around looking to discipline- they’re in their classrooms. If the school has security you can bet your ass the teachers are not legally allowed to step in and take over. A teacher should in this situation, but it’s not their job and they could get in real trouble over it.

How would you handle it?
Ask her nicely?
A polite discussion?
Call her parents?
Put her in time out?
Send her to her room?
