I think what makes a Hulk great is NOT being She-Hulk.
I think what makes a Hulk great is NOT being She-Hulk.
Not gonna lie, I like that idea A LOT!
Kind of depends on which Mr T they go with. If it's a shout out to the Golden Age... we're talking dry toast white.
"Hey take a look at that sky coloured berry."
Fair enough - when I said "lack of continuity" I didn't really mean continuity errors, just that there have been (yes, rational and explicable) a number of huge shifts that won't sit well with some people.
This episode was for FRINGE what Epitaph 1 and 2 were for DOLLHOUSE. The dystopian future as a consequence of what happens in the present makes what is happening in the present feel that much weightier.
The only argument you could have made would have been Betty for Bruce, but there's no actor continuity there anyway.
Oh, I AM however going to feed my class some poisonous berries when we get to the end of Hunger Games...
Alright, this started out as a joke, but now everyone seems VERY concerned that I'm actually going to do it. I WILL NOT BURN ANY LAPTOPS! I WILL NOT EXPOSE MY STUDENTS TO ANY TOXINS! I WILL NOT PRETEND TO KNOW ABOUT CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS WHEN I'M CLEARLY ONLY FIT TO TEACH LITERATURE!
Perhaps laptop pinata instead.
Agreed. But I'm a teacher; I can't afford to burn NEW technology.
When I have my grade 12s fill out a survey on day 1 of the course I ask them to list the last 3 books they read.
I had my grade 12 classes read this book at the start of the year. At the end of the year we're going to burn an old laptop.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Yeah... definitely one of the more controversial parts of the Chronicles... that and Susan suddenly being left out of New Narnia/Heaven for randomly losing her faith.
Hm. Still a racist Arab stereotype. And still called "darkies" by some of the characters.
Don't forget CS Lewis and the Narnia series. He called the bad guys "Calormenes." Don't even TRY to tell me that's not code for "colored men."
Let's all HOPE it's almost incidental that he's a cop. If that takes the forefront I'll be really, really disappointed.
I agree that the show has potential, but if it becomes just another cop show with a twist, I'm out.
Absolutely. And there's no good place to jump in other than the pilot. But in the world of today with Netflix, DVDs, and (let's face it) downloading shows online, if you really want to catch up with a show you can do it.
