My personal pick is Robbie Fulks. Long career, so there’s an example of bascially every different country music style somewhere along the line. Some of it sincere, some of it tongue-in-cheek. But his latest records seem to have settled into a very comfortable style all his own. Familiar, but recognizable as new.

As a DFW resident, I’m not really looking forward to this. Though hopefully an air vehicle meant to transport humans has to go through the same certification process that AVs do, piloted or not. I’m not sure the same process is in place for land-based vehicles.

As someone who grew up around zero alcoholics, I enjoy whiskey. It can be consumed without getting drunk.

As someone who regularly attends an evangelical Protestant service, communion is observed, though relatively rarely in my experience (Southern Baptist). Although my church did begin observing every week in 2017. Not sure if that will continue in 2018.
