why i gotta be all wet AFTER morning sex this morning and then gotta go to work all sloshy. c’mon, girl.
And weed makes you sooo horny. Also sometimes I want a quickie then my vagina will lazily lubricate itself after I’m done.
I’m currently in Paris [...] We had a particularly fabulous meal tonight from a wonderful chef/server husband/wife team, and loved every minute of it (like actually the best meal we’ve had. And the others have been no slouch, I love my food). Another American table near us sniffed and scoffed their way through…
The people have clearly spoken. From now on we expect only the most sterling examples of humanity, only faultless tales of innocent virginal waitress waifs intent on selflessly improving humanity through tireless unpaid drudgery being scurrilously abused.
Have it your way. You’re making the most of your Pinkham’s Law win, I’ll give you that.
A) Server has no clue you’re driving after drinking 7 margaritas UNTIL he follows you out of the bar.
I’m just having a hard time believing you’re willing to die on this hill. Sure, many people can be at fault in the same story, to varying degrees. And many people are in this story. Why do you feel the need to defend the worst ones? That’s a lot of empathy for a couple of asshole drunk-drivers.
It really isn’t. Over a 4-6 hour period, I can drink that much without being visibly drunk. I sure as hell wouldn’t be driving though.
What’s wrong with serving two people 14 drinks over the course of 3-4 hours? As long as they aren’t slurring or acting inappropriately how would you know if they are over-served or not? Obviously they are too impaired to drive, but there’s a huge gap between “too impaired to drive safely” and “too drunk to live…
“He served them an unconscionable amount of booze and then bragged about how great of a person he is, even though he was just being a petty asshole.”
At no point in time does the server say how great a person he is. And we are all aware that if he hadn’t been upset at being shorted in the tip (when it sounds like this…
As I told the other troll, servers aren’t obligated to keep patrons under the legal driving BAC. Patrons are obligated to not drive once they go over that BAC. Really simple concept, doofus.
I can drink 5-6 shots and not be blackout drunk. I don’t think 7 margs is huge for some people.
I’d say drinking irresponsibly and then driving drunk is shittier.
“Getting stiffed was the catalyst for this, not doing the right thing.”
Why do you think he over served them? They had 7 Margs each, which is a lot, but if they were there for several hours that’s not a dangerous amount, if they weren’t driving.
Man, you guys are making the absolute laziest Pinkham’s Law attempt I’ve ever seen with this argument. Come on. You can all do better.
I don’t know that it would’ve been “OK,” but they wouldn’t have been followed out of the restaurant in the first place had they left even a decent tip.
A couple weeks back my husband and I were at a very busy restaurant in a theme park for a Halloween event with several people from an online group. One of them is an older woman who’s sort of being a pain mostly by being indecisive and a little patronizing, but thankfully nothing mortifying. At least until the end of…
It’s also not like many of those horrible cheap customers are ever likely to return if this one dining experience was any indication of their absolute lack of how to act, how to order, how to tip, etc. is any indicator. At least the asshole regulars at restaurants arguably spend money routinely so it might (if one is…
