How do you know how tall I am?

The sad thing is that this is no where near complete for what happened this past semester. I keep pretty close tabs on my alma mater (which is somehow not on this list) and I know that there were a number of problems with sexual misconduct, hazing, and alcohol/drugs for several frats and sororities.

I totally get this, and what you described is not what I meant at all. Finding a way to be happy with your body is important. 135 was just an arbitrary number I used to help make my point. Some people look and feel best under it. For some people it is a little too much for their frame.

If that is what you are attracted to, fine. To each his own. You have no idea what I look like. My waist goes between 26.5-27.5 (small) and I’m a curvier in the hips/butt and chest. I’ve found that plenty of men find me attractive. I’m not telling myself anything, and I probably get laid more than you do.

I fully understand that. I have a big butt and thighs, and those things are heavy. When I weighed 130, you could count every rib (and it looked disgusting), but I still thought I was too heavy because the people who I thought were pretty in movies weighed so much less.

Obviously I understand this. Focusing on the specifics of the number I chose misses the broader point. Typically, it is better to illustrate something in more detail to get a point across (specifics help people grasp onto ideas); however, it just really ended up backfiring here.

It is entirely possible it was not done on purpose or with any harmful intent. I was friends with a number of the KA guys. Some of them were wonderful and upstanding. That being said, I went to an elite southern university, even if there wasn’t any symbolism, it was completely unacceptable, intentional or not.
