Fantastic work by Alyson Tabbitha as usual. I don’t know if she does this all on her own or has a team of assistants, but either way, it’s very impressive.

Gun control.
I question the morality of linking his videos in an article about him being a murderer, but I imagine it’ll be hard for him to get paid for any of it now, right? At the very least, maybe the money can go to his now parentless daughter...
‘Nope I’m out. I mean I’ll try it. I won’t play for long. Well, maybe.’
I don’t know if it actually affects its ranking, but...
Still good to be getting rid of positive references to assholes. Still not good enough because the root of internal problems (Bobby Kotick) is still around, and even if he goes, he’s probably not going to get replaced with someone who will do anything meaningful.
“If it’s not consistent with our values, we won’t tolerate it” means a LOT less coming from the torture apologist. Like, I know what is consistent with your values. I can’t imagine what isn’t at this point. Getting caught?
Given that the heads that tolerated the problems are still there, in most part, the rest of the team is going to get the message that the rape culture was fine, as long as it was under wraps?
She says that in the wake of the lawsuit becoming public “more than 20 individuals have exited Activision Blizzard”
No, no, no, you don’t understand....these rules apply to everyone but them. Because they chose not to see the problems, and therefore it definitely shouldn’t apply to them. /sarcasm
And yet the fascist Townshend still works there. Activision probably has the singular most evil governance team of any non-PMC company
“If you’ve committed some sort of misconduct or you’re a leader who has tolerated a culture that is not consistent with our values, we’re going to take action”
This is pretty standard for comedians in their 50s and 60s, unfortunately. I used to defend Joe Rogan (who would definitely defend Dave Chapelle) as a guy who’s misunderstood.
Sometime last year, I stopped listening to his podcast, because it went from being interesting, to him inviting older comedians on, and then…
“first party shooter games”
Are you suggesting that white conservative men don’t have enough representation?
““It just dawned on me right now the quarter I stole from the wishing well to play Super Mario Bros. has come true”
I really loved this event. Starting with a single partner and then slowly everyone meeting up together felt really cool. And then later when Kevin starting wiping out other players (separating everyone into instances I assume) was exciting. I really liked how it felt like we were a small group of survivors at the end.
I just really wish they’d gone for this level of effort and money into the actual fortnite, the save the world mode. It could have been amazing, and huge, but they thrust it to the side the moment the BR craze started.
