I don’t know why the Cardinals wouldn’t call you back, Deadspin. Have you ever been dicks to them in the past?

YOU GOT THE POWER!

They're too busy porting Red Dead to the PC..

I have a simple way to show self-control with Steam sales: I only buy what's on my wishlist. If something not on my wish-list goes on sale and looks interesting, I hold off on putting it on my wishlist until after the sale is over(because hey, if I really want it it'll go on sale again later)

"(either rear entry or anally) "

It's still possible they incorporate it into the game. Open world game - seems very strange they wouldn't do so. Must be some grave technical feat prohibiting them from doing so. I'm sure they threw the idea around, but had a good reason for dropping it.

Are serious? GTA San Andreas and GTA IV are vastly different games. Right down to the shooting and driving, you know, staple mechanics? GTA IV was very much a cartoonishly dark New York simulator.

This leads me on to something I've been dying to see discussed somewhere. Do ya'll watch Homeland? Quinn hooks up with a fat lady. They have sex. It's almost, almost, like a legit, normal girl meets boy experience EXCEPT she's fat so of course there is an incident in a diner where dudes make fun of the whale. Why is

It is an achievement FOR YOU, but not for someone who doesn't find being fit and active enjoyable or important. That's my point. For gamer X, finally slaying that boss at the end of the dungeon is an achievement, but getting a ball in a hoop isn't.

Interesting. I'm actually the opposite on 1. - I could easily see myself regretting not playing as many games as I would have liked (usually because of spending too much time refreshing internet forums).

Any enjoyable activity you choose to do might be non-productive from a 'producing valuable shit for society' standpoint. An hour of gaming is not productive, but neither is an hour of reading YA fiction, or an hour of Game of Thrones, or an hour of working on your hotrod/motorcycle/whatever. We can't be productive

...you think no one deserves to live in a world where they're not objectified 24/7? And you're saying this as someone who lives in a world where SWM aren't objectified?

I am so, so, so angry so I'm going to apologize in advance for the tone of this post:

Following up, Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson made a statement earlier this afternoon and answered press questions after President Obama's official statement regarding the violence in the Missouri town. He wasn't clear that his department was officially stepping down yet.:

I live in STL and I feel 99% confident that even if video emerged of Micheal Brown skipping around like a unicorn and the cop shooting him with a bazooka, the white populace would still excuse the PD because STL tucks its black community away like a dirty little secret and believes most black people are criminals.

No, the stupid, stupid thing is the myth that you can shoot to disable people on a whim. First of all, you have two major arteries in your arms and legs which will cause you to bleed out in minutes if they are hit. Second, the chances of actually hitting are much lower than simply shooting for center mass which isn't

I know this:

I havent smoked a cigarette since November. I was a half-a-pack a day smoker.
I gradually tapered off to the point that I am vaping less than 2 ml a day, of 4.5 mg/ml.
My car doesn't smell.
My apartment doesn't smell, and I don't have to go outside.
I have spent far less than on cigarettes.
I have what

Likewise, you can take issue with those of us "who happily benefit" from the status quo without challenging it. But here I am, challenging it.

If there is one person running the race and they win, obviously there's a problem and the runner shouldn't really be proud of themselves. Even more so if other runners weren't even allowed to enter. I get that aspect of this, as previously stated. But it's just as fair for me to ask "how do you know he didn't e

Yes, it's wrong. You were doing ok up until the "But..." where you tried to equivocate between one man's feelings of chagrin and those of more than half the population that is non-White and/or female.
