What’s there to say, really? Except thanks for pointing that out.

Although I stuck with the series for a while, the death of Greg Moore in CART had a similar impact on me. There was so much promise in him and I was such a huge fan that after his death, racing lost its allure and eventually I stopped watching almost outright. I still pop in from time to time but it's not the same.
what in the ever living fuck?!
If it’s in, that’s still her point because she returned the ball.
I know jack shit about tennis (aside from the obvious balls in bounds) and I can’t have full volume here at work so someone clear something up for me.
Just golf?
I fall more in line with you; this really didn’t help he cause at all. I understand he had a history or undeserved arrogance before this year and although I had no issues with his celebrations and general demeanour during such a successful season, you gotta own a loss. Fuck, if Blair Walsh can sit there and field…
Look, I’m not saying this agent is a completely selfless saint whose primary interest is the health of his clients and not of the fuck-ton of money he can or cannot make, but let’s play a little game shall we?
Sorry, I couldn’t help myself.
He kept interrupting his stage mates with this crazy assertion that it was Wideman’s fault for not getting evaluated by a doctor. He claimed that the official report is that the independent observer DID ask Wideman to leave the ice and be evaluated for a concussion and that the player refused.
That being said, he does need to be held somewhat accountable, because it’s clear he wanted to hit someone in retaliation, but I know Wideman would never go after an official. My guess is he was dazed and angry and wanted to hit a Preds player, saw a guy near the opponent bench and decided to hit him. Unfortunately,…
Should also note that the white jersey thing would be hard to argue as it was his team wearing the white jerseys. The team they were playing? Mustard yellow.
Good point.
I’ve seen this a number of times (it’s a requirement of being Canadian and/or a Leafs fan). Does anyone know what it’s origins are???
As a former Torontonian and realistic Leafs fan, I certainly hope you are right.
I’m torn too, although no matter how many times I watch that clip, I cannot see any other interpretation other than an intentional hit.
Yeah, as a sad Niners fan, I’m no fan of that asshat York but let’s be honest here; if you owned a venue and Billy Joel came knocking with specific dates, would you tell the Piano Man to take a hike because “we’ve got a sleepover booked already”? They offered alternate dates and eventually the Scouts agreed to new…
That
“That’s probably true. Mike’s out here making calls every Sunday”
