I plan to venture out this Black Friday for the first time ever. Not to buy anything, but rather to watch (and record, when appropriate) the madness.

True, sorry, forgot you were basing your math on minimum wage, which 500/week isn't. (Though, if you're not capable of being a simple waiter, I have other concerns about the survivability of said individual...)

Fair. I'm not going to act like I was never helped off my feet when it was tough to make ends meet, but I do know I started treating money very different when I knew I was entirely on my own. All things are good in moderation, I suppose. :)

I'm in the Dallas area - north suburbs. For a bit of comparison to where you live, here's approximate costs at the time. Even as a waiter making $500/week (roughly $2,000/month) all the options below were doable:

For follow up, I pre-ordered these when this article came out. They were delivered almost 2 years later (From July 2012 to March 2014).

Came here for this. Huge fan. Love the individual blender cups for quick on-the-go smoothie making. Much less cleanup this way, too.

Yep, 2010

This is the 4th in the series. First 2 in 2006, third in 2010, and this just came out.

Pretty harsh words for somebody who has no clue how this was designed, what the load requirements are, and what the failures are in existing systems which this overcomes.

True, baseball players would kill for those odds.

How hard is it to video something without putting your finger in front of the lens? Unbelievable.

How did acocados miss this list?

With the majority of airplanes only having only 1 main aisle, how would a person go from the back door at row 30 to their seat at row 20 without inhibiting the folks coming in the front of the plane (assuming you meant to use both doors as entry points)? Alternatively, how is using the back door as entry better than
