Pissed at your mom or the show for the rejection letter? Because I think you dodged a bullet with the latter!

I am just reminded that when this bullshit first started airing back in whatever year, I was single and my mom was certain I was going to die alone. She WROTE IN to the show, including my high school yearbook photo (the one with me in my volleyball uniform) and explained that she couldn't send in a video (because I

A ranking of GS cookies? You must be looking to be taken into the school yard and get scratched up!

Yeah? Well this is a garbage comment.

Yeah girls who refer to themselves as 'a cool fun girl' are usually the opposite of those things.

Amber Rose won't shut up about what a whore Kim Kardashian is because she has beef with Kim's sister. Kim says nothing. Kanye finally stoops and responds with an admittedly non-creative "who is the real whore here?" comment. Amber responds by calling Kim a whore again. This is deemed a perfect "knockout" response.

Is cool fun girl the equivalent of a Nice Guy? If it isn't can we make it?

I'm not stupid, or self-righteous, or enraged. I simply offered my opinion from the perspective of a victim/witness, and I wouldn't hire this woman to help people like myself based on the fact that she felt it prudent to make that comparison on her resume for a job that requires a great deal of sensitivity and

My governor's estranged wife made $100,000 working from home and you can too!

I spent 5 years of my career as a recruiter, three of them recruiting specifically for scientific fields. I would get resumes from people who took 3 chemistry classes in college and felt that because they "love makeup" or they were "born with it" that qualified them to be a cosmetic chemist.

I would be pretty upset if any part of my job applications were made public. I work for a quasi-governmental agency, and we've got very strict requirements about how to dispose of applications when the hiring process is over so that no confidential information is made public. I'm not sure how the process works for

Oh, God. One more reason to be glad social media was practically non-existent when I got out of college. I don't want to even think about the stretches I made to get jobs.

Someone clearly took Ask A Manager advice a little to literally.
