Harsh but fair...guess I’m having an off day I’ll be sure to start telling some people to fuck off.

For sure, I can’t imagine the lengths you might have to go to being that sensitive to hops.  If you have a Whole Foods or anything of that ilk that sells beer, they are decent bet at some weirder styles like gruit.  We have a brewery in my state that makes some excellent gruits and they pop up at our Whole Foods

First let me say I feel like I may be coming across as judgmental or combative when my actual angle is just to try to point the wild variety of beers available. As to the word choice of “without a hint”, I merely didn’t feel like trying to do a full mental inventory of my cellar and the first beer that sprang to mind

Yeah, I wasn’t comparing to a supertaster, just expressing an understanding of the aversion many people have to hoppy beers.  I do, however, guarantee you that I have beers in my cellar at this very moment without a hint of hoppiness.

I mean being that all hops don’t even taste the same, the processes breweries use to hop their beers impart different profiles, and there are countless (especially fruited) beers with little to no hops I still find this argument weak.  And I say that as someone who doesn’t really like hops and avoids beers that have

Of course they don’t *have* to convert people to beer, but its infinitely easier and more cost effective to stay in your lane and tweak a recipe or develop a different beer than an entirely new product line. Especially for craft brewers that typically have fairly limited resources. Also, the American beer market is

But if people are drinking those things because they don’t like beer, then the brewers can’t do anything to reach those people and turn them into customers. Since there very obviously are at least a decent segment of people drinking hard seltzers and their ilk for the low-cal appeal, brewers CAN reach them and convert

Uh because it’s like the whole made-up rape accusation thing...When a vanishingly small set of examples exist relative to overall numbers, you don’t need to pointedly mention those rare exceptions. Especially when you have a history of being tone deaf (at best) about women’s issues.

Oh look Chance the Rapper has 2 albums on here...rap music for white women to play at pot lucks. rap music for when you’re trying to explain the genre to your elderly grandparents. rap music for the elevator. #1 rapper to be heard while at the dentist. rap music for white girls driving Jettas around the suburbs.

Perhaps if her twitter history wasn’t riddled with racism, I’d have some sympathy.  Sadly, she seems like a prime example of someone who should understand that saying hateful/hurtful shit is a mistake a lot of people make.

Reese Witherspoon...no doubt in my mind.

U of I had some great little dive spots for food.

I’ve not yet used one at a Taco Bell, but the McDonalds ones are trash.  The menu interface is terrible and nothing is remotely intuitive.  It definitely takes longer to order there than in person.

This is what I’ve always experienced, we’ve never gotten cards for consent when going to yoga, but have ALWAYS been asked before any attempt and manual adjustment by an instructor.  “We” being my girlfriend and I so we’ve had every gender combination of student/instructor do this...that’s why this is an environment

My girlfriend and I go to the same yoga studio pretty regularly and see a few different instructors there, that ALL have been female and ALL ASK before attempting any manual adjustment.  They’ll basically give you a directed verbal instruction and then if you aren’t getting it or ask for help, they’ll ask “is it ok if

Same as I didn’t give a fuck who plays Ariel in Little Mermaid...as long it isn’t a guy: IDGAF what color 007/Bond is, but HE’s not a woman. The dumbass above with the tweet about Bradley Cooper being Black Panther isn’t making an apples to apples comparison...it would be like if ScarJo was the next Black Panther and

Yeah, it’s like swordfish with extra urea and mercury and ecological devastation.

Yeah, until longlines are banned in all US waters, you can fuck off with “ethical” fishing methods.  And, rhetorical question, how well did you guys regulate poaching and the black market for sharks?  Cuz I don’t really think we should contribute to the mass slaughter of an apex predator just because maybe a few

I’d rather have messy hair than my brain splattered on the fucking sidewalk.  And again, sometimes safety is worth a little inconvenience.

No, those riders are stupid. If passing a law to make riders safer results in you saying “fuck it, I’ll just drive” then YOU’RE the asshole.
