Regular, honest journalism is effectively lefty journalism. Because all that is needed to assail the right is to report the plain truth. I actually feel there is no shortage of honest journalism today. The problem is all of the people who won’t trust it.

My first car was so beat, its radio didn’t even have a cassette deck to use one of these with. I made do with so little.

Eh.

Having watched the video now, they missed an important point (or at least I think they did, I wasn’t paying attention the whole time) about why cars do this that is not anti-lag.

If I had a turbo daily driver that employed anti-lag in this way, I would want to be able to turn it off. Not just because the cool sounds would become less cool over time, but also because this sort of anti-lag strategy is generally hard on the turbo.

I don’t understand how this article wasn’t about how bad these pictures were.

Perfect, another wayyy upmarket wagon for me to not be able to afford.

Man, the Z3 is fine.

Ah, nice to know there is a name for these. In mountain biking, these can be a problem... but even there, where the object of the trail design is to make it more challenging and exciting, desire paths are usually a symptom of poor design.

The used car dealership gave the game a unique role playing (would have said sim at the time, but that no longer fits my definition) flavor. Everything you found in a GT game before GT5 was just too much. Too cool. GT4 really perfected the used car dealership. Waiting for those black GT1/Group C cars, better believe I

People tend to roll their eyes when rules and regulations get in the way of doing things easily. Of course their tune changes bigtime when they, their friends or family are seriously injured or killed, or their drinking water turns to poison, etc.

They could definitely make a few bucks selling the Jimny. At the very least.

how the hell else are you going to slash $3,500 from the cost of a new car without sacrificing anything else?

I saw a guy do this to an otherwise apparently stock 15+ WRX. Big meaty tires and a lift. Looked horrid but hey, it’s different. “You do you” I guess.

In terms of contribution to pollution - for sure, a couple cars driven a few miles per year, who cares.

This is cool, but if they don’t make their Bob Marley special flavor a permanent flavor I will spontaneously combust.

I appreciate this article, as I’ve been thinking about a wheel cover.. to put over my brand new steering wheel.

I’m bad at rally and can’t interpret rally notes at all. But when I hear “decreasing radius” I’m in red alert mode.

I’m thinking they might claim that the driver created what they believed to be an unsafe situation as reason for walking away.

Yea I’ve had rally and race cars on the brain for about 20 years now, only ever got one ticket. And it was in a WRX! But it was pretty dumb - 80 in a 65 while I was passing some erratic drivers. If the speed limit is 65 or above I generally cruise at the speed limit.
