Ha! Eh I’m sure that at the height of any game - science, comedy, politics, whatever - being sharp is a valuable attribute. Though you have to wonder when it comes to music. Lots of amazing stuff seems to come out of trashed people there..

I’m honestly to the point where I can’t see anything other than Jesus sorting this out. And just imagine the things Trump will have to say about Jesus!

I know what you mean, I’m averaging 6 to 6.5 hours per night these days. But my body will gladly accept the occasional 7-8 so... it’s really more up to my kids to decide.

Yea I get that, too. I’ve driven some big autobahn bombers on the autobahn, autobahnishly. I’ve tasted what they’re (Germans who share Frohlich’s opinion, above) cooking, and it’s a good flavor. Just not my fave. It comes down to preference, like everything else.

Oh my God.

Some people, less than 5% of population I believe, have a gene mutation (BHLHE41) that requires they sleep only 6 hours per night to function completely normally. I know a few people who typically sleep around 4 hours per night that probably have this mutation.

I feel you, but man, where are the Mazdaspeed models?!?

It looks a lot better than the sedan, doesn’t have any hint of the sad banana frumpy-ass side profile. Too bad if we get it at all, it will only be available mega-loaded $50k plus and BMW won’t be able to give them away.

I don’t agree that this is a good thing at all for a sports-oriented car. For a luxury car, I get it. This is the opposite of what makes a car exciting.

I’m a hardcore cyclist, basically, and was going to chortle and snarl and scoff at this article. “Lazy bums!” etc. etc. But then I remembered one of the reasons I quit commuting by bike: yeah, the sweat. I dialed it down slow slow slow, but it didn’t matter if it was hot at all. Add to that the fact that I was

This really isn’t much different than breeding dogs to look a certain way. You ruin them, but you know, they look cool to you. This is actually a lot more ethical, since cars only feel things like pain and shame in the minds of people like Torchinsky.

That was my thought as well. Do some inspiring. If a Nissan isn’t a little more salty, it’s got nothing on a Toyota or Honda.

Agree, they’re definitely the Japanese Chrysler/Dodge, seem to have always been.

I love how the listed parts are engine, engine, dowel pin.

Ha, Camry! Along the same lines, part of why I diverged from the concept of a stock example is because I’d hate to spend $30k on a 25 year old car and have it be basically as fast as my bone-stock WRX. (Or mini van, for that matter, which is faster than it has any right to be.) $40k can get you a 500hp-range,

One thing I’ve noticed is that everyone assumes the R33 was really heavy. It was a good 200lb heavier than the R32, but the R34 weighed the same as R33. The R34 has a 2" shorter wheelbase though, which would do a lot to improve the look of the car while livening up the handling.

The R33 is my favorite GT-R. It was my first legit car crush. Gran Turismo 1, teenager finally beginning to develop an actual interest in cars and driving. I remember calling Nissan dealerships and asking if they had any (ha!) and getting a lot of “wtf?” So now that they’re going to start to become available in the US,

I’ve actually found that stock, or nearly stock R33 GT-R’s are surprisingly common. At least importers that bring stuff to USA and Canada seem to find a lot of them.

The Subaru Tribeca. I’ve been seeing a few around town, and it’s hard to believe the thing didn’t print money. I think the last few years it sold in the low hundreds nationally. It fits right in perfectly with the current crop of stupid SUV’s visually, you’d never know it was over 10 years old.

Yea I agree with you. Aside from those first few quarters where it’s a total frenzy to get a hold of them, they’ll taper down to sales that are good for that type of car. Which look bad by most other segments’ standards.
