I would always, ALWAYS rather try and save lives by doing something than do nothing knowing people will die. The diminishing returns COULD happen, yes. But people are already dying of the virus and shelter in place is DEFINITELY saving lives, so I pick that.

What a great idea.

NASCAR has shown itself an ever more increasingly stupid exercise in excess and recklessness in the “hold my beer” culture. Time after time, they can’t seem to end a race without tremendous wrecks, suggesting (unfairly) that their drivers can’t drive worth a fuck. Guiding a poweful brick-shaped billboard around a bowl

Max, that's FANTASTIC work. Well done.

I blame the people who gather at the exits hoping to see burnouts. They should crack down on those gatherings, then a lot of the problem would disappear.

For what it’s worth, I worked as a co-op for four years under Brad Wieferich (well, technically under one of the engineers there) when he was the branch manager of the MDOT Marshall Transportation Service Center. I didn’t interact with him daily, but nonetheless I have nothing but good to say about him. He was an

If it helps any, we hate our insurance.

How about the 10' 6" bridge that also narrows as you approach with large and sharp curbs?

I could never understand how a lot of you think $5000 is a lot of money for a car. Thats almost pocket change in this day and age. The average price for a new car is $37k. (And no, i’m not rich or even well off, just a realist.) Yes, it has a few issues but nothing that can’t be repaired for a fraction of the cost of

Also, you know, turn on the indicator before you start braking, merging, turning, or whatever that requires a turn signal. It’s not helpful for you to turn it on mid-maneuver. I already know at that point.

Am I going to be the only one who thinks this guy is a moron doing this on public roads? Especially a burnout and hitting the nitrous on a road lined with peoples personal cars. Or damaging speed bumps in a retailers parking lot. That and I just cant stand his presentation in general.

The Hoonigans wouldn’t do shit like this. I suggest you actually watch that channel. They respect the hell out of other people’s cars and ask permission before they thrash the car.

In before folks start complaining about cyclists not following the rules of the road or having insurance. Get bent. Most cyclists just want to safely get where they are going and are doing their best to do so. Put down your phone and pay attention to the 4500lb steel missile you’re guiding down the road. Its up to you

Remind me of power racing boats, very similar sound as it’s accelerating.

They look so much better in real.

Can they fix the body shape as well during this recall?

Devil’s advocate here: what you say about Tesla not being properly prepared through vast expenditure on the ‘Ring is also and indictment of the use of the ‘Ring as an automobile benchmark. Any benchmark that depends highly on vast tweaking of the test subject, plus vast knowledge of the benchmark, is a problem.

I remember when I hated people for trying, too. Then I stopped caring what other people did. I was 7.
