I’m glad to see that you found an actual funnel cake recipe. For some reason, Food Network has had multiple personalities flogging the idea that funnel cakes are deep-fried pâte à choux (Alton Brown, I’m blaming you for starting that ridiculous idea). The idea that carnies were making enormous batches of choux paste

You can easily buy aleppo pepper via Amazon, but I get mine from The Spice House in Evanston (it’s just down the road from my house).

Every molecule of H2O that you ingest, be it from drinks, food, breathing humid air, some of the water you get in your nose when you swim, etc. hydrates you. A normal diet, eating and drink pretty much what you feel like, will completely satisfy your hydration needs. No one who is otherwise healthy is walking around

I know Mike (from Mike’s Hot Honey) a little and that recipe is off. Hot Honey generally has some vinegar in it - Mike got the idea from a Brazilian condiment that he ate a lot when he lived in Brazil.

(Seriously, in the summer, traffic backs up on the highway for a mile or so to get in - the serve a LOT of lobster rolls and those rolls are huge. Get the

It needs pearl sugar, because then you end up with a discount Liège waffle, which is the best waffle.

Are they though? Are they?

The Beefy was called Gravy Bread at the stands I went to. Also, if available, always choose garlic bread. Always. Always.

I assumed you wanted to mute a conversation I happened to be in and ended up muting me (I’ve done it - Twitter UI is lousy). No worries!

Realized you might not see my original comment if you aren’t tracking non-”The Dress” comments, so reposting here...

So, I think I must’ve gotten muted on Twitter (what did I do? I apologize!) but the reflected light seems to be the difference.

My local big box grocery stores carry it too - Mariano’s, Target, Kroger. I think even Walmart carries it.
