Mine with 150k had the original motor too when I sold it. While I got a ton of interest on the craigslist ad (mostly kids). I ended up selling it on NASOIC with the magic words in the heading: “original motor, no power mods.”

A guy near me has one that is a couple of years old. It’s downright insane. He also owns about a dozen different Lambos.

Hennessey is still an ass.

It’s all about the warranty until about 10 minutes into that first track session.

Show me a 02 WRX ad with a original motor in it and give you a unicorn.

Good for Scott. He’s a super cool dude. I know this doesn’t make up for the 4 world championships his F1 seat’s successor has had. But, its something.

Nicely done. But, at least Kia was able to correct their horrible design course. Acura is still rocking that same beaked front grill/bumper cover!

That sledge hammered front bumper dip among their whole lineup is horrible. BTW, let me know when this car shows up at your local Acura store.

Now playing

You got that last sentence completely backwards. Acura’s current designs are far from classic. They can’t seem to figure out which bumper cover goes on which end. That TL design from a couple of years back was hilariously bad. When you have to create an entire ad campaign based on the poor design of last year’s car,

This whole PR stunt is a huge fail for Acura. With the two cars in the same shot, all you see is a glaring reminder about how poorly their cars have been designed over the last 5 years. When Kia and Huyndai are making better looking cars than the luxury brand of the mighty Honda, you know they’ve lost their way.

I sense a Guinness Book of World Record attempt here, Doug.

Every time I see a Rendezvous from the rear, I think, “Wow, this piece shit Buick is about to shit out another car.” I’d punch this one in the taint...

Fixed it for you.

Took you long enough. Raise your hand if you didn’t see this coming from a km away?

Can someone photoshop Bernie Ecclestone into this cage?

I’m not so sure. Our TDI gets far better mileage than the window sticker. I have a feeling it will still get better than sticker even after the recall. It makes me wonder if they intentionally put a lower MPG on the window with the idea that if they ever got caught and had to dial it back, they’d still meet the number

They only take their time with people from PA. They figure all you country folk appreciate it when we slow down to your speed. Consider it a tax for mooching off our nearly-free gas.

SERVICE FEE? WTF is that about? $15 a month for fucking TV guide data so the box knows when to record? That’s outrageous! I can see the ads now, “Get all the freedom of cutting your monthly cable bill for just $15 a month.”

Gear wrenches for the win! On my list, they’re a close 2nd only to a ratchet and sockets.
