i dont think a 7.85" iPad is distinct enough from a 9.7" iPad for Apple to seriously consider it. Neither of those sizes have a giant portability advantage over the other. Or any other advantage i can think of. If I can live with a 7.85 inch iPad i can live with a 9.7 inch one without much alteration to usage style...

yeah, she doesn't say swords at all. She just mumbled "thorns". but i can see how it can sound like swords.

once again. Not true. The amount of pirated apps is about the same on both platforms, if anything jailbroken iphones have curated pirated app markets like "installous" that makes it easier. The total amount of users pirating apps on both platforms is negligible, because the vast majority of users are not that savvy.

You are incorrect. My studio, develops for both android and ios, and while android doesn't hit the same mark as on ios with respect to paid apps, they aren't THAT far off. Not to mention the steady stream of ad-based revenue that we generate, we dont have a specific in house metric to gauge which apps generate more

Did you watch "the hunger games"? Is katniss's technique legit? :P

something to distract the kids. I'm not allowed to take to bed with me, bothers my better half. I still use my TV more though, and now that i think about it, i dont use it much at home at all anymore. except for some light reading or games when in the bathroom :)

Are there a lot of countries besides us that dont use the metric system?

i figured "spooning" the "desserts" would have the appropriate culinary pun, but you took it to a different level, my friend. :)

i think the grass gets ruined every year around the time of a new release because literally hundreds of people trample that lawn to take pictures of themselves spooning with the mascots.

yeah, im pretty sure, they dont automatically keep adding music. My song list has been at 3,122 songs since the beginning, and it includes like a hundred of those free songs.

is there a chance that eventually the bogging of system resources, will lead to slow down anyways, as are oft to happen, in cases of not-so-aggressive memory management? or is improvements to that aspect also part of the speed-up process?

They're just putting on a show, on the whole, it's a much more satisfying "incremental update" than ios 6 is, even if the only update was the offline dictation, but add that to improved GUI, improved search, an actual useful iteration of an assistant (that hopefully doesn't do jokes), not to mention the expansion of a

the nexus tablet.

well that would make sense, consider the headache if you downloaded all your songs at once to your phone, and didn't have enough free space.

they dont actually keep downloading new free music to your account, you still have to click on the free songs to add them.

$199 for a tegra-3 powered machine, that can do everything nooks and kindles can do, and sometimes even better? you cant beat that.

no they havent shipped yet, but i think it's safe to assume they are legit, considering that industry insiders have had hands-on with products. They just lack the established base of technology companies, like ASUS, or Sony... but even they had to start from promises.

pebble watch. :) worth at least twice what i paid for.

except for the actual legitimate projects that have come out of kickstarter all the time, like the Pebble watch, and many others. It may be pre-mature to label all of kickstarter as a scam.

depends on its capabilities. Everything's been rumors, and I havent found tablets to be much more use than e-readers to be honest, but unless they add some new functionality i dont mind doing without a tablet. Of course, a $199 tegra-3 device is tough to argue with as well.
