It's a fantastic song.

The Crow soundtrack was worth it just for the Machines of Loving Grace…criminally underrated band.

Yeah, I'd take STP over Pearl Jam any day of the week. Vedder's crooning irritates the fuck out of me.

The news didn't really shock me, but I'm surprised at how much it hurts.

I think you're right, but when I saw Hole live they were pretty awesome. A lot of raw power that doesn't translate as well in the studio.

Yeah, I always thought they sounded more like AiC than Pearl Jam, which is a very good thing.

He was about my age, it's nice to see people saying he was young.

I'm listening to Sour Girl and getting really bummed out.

Can we trade in Coldplay and get Scott back?

Very nice of them to compile a list of things I would never, ever watch.

This was at a point in the U.S. when the ERA still had a chance to become the law of the land. Also, women had recently been granted the right to speak in public, so it's not like feminism wasn't a thing at the time.

It's a koan.

Yeah, the original was pretty tight and didn't leave huge loose ends to tie up. Sure, it left room for the sequel (and I was dying for more, so I snatched up Splinter of the Mind's Eye as soon as it came out) but there weren't any big cliffhangers. After waiting three years for Empire, I was disappointed and left

I don't think they took the lightsaber concept far enough. I want to see lightswitchblades, lightbalisongs, steak lightknives, Ginsu lightknives, lightscissors…man, that is like the most underused technology in the galaxy.

God, that scooter…might as well have been a HoverRascal with a little orange safety flag.

"Lucas put a hell of a lot of care and attention into them"

Oh my god that was a thing that actually came out of Lucas's mouth oh my god

Plus it was Clive Revill, who I've met a couple of times and he's the nicest guy. Quiet and unassuming, until he gets up to speak and then he just owns the room.

And these things make the OT inexplicable. Obi-wan doesn't test Luke for midichlorians, has no qualms about training someone at least 15 years older than Anakin was (look how that turned out!), and Darth never looks at C3P0 with any hint of recognition.

Yeah, I thought to myself "well technically, it was all about tariffs" but by the end of the thought I was already excruciatingly bored and a little irritated.
