I come here for lifehacks, not politics :/

Because you’re underestimating how many resources creating, transporting, and safeguarding traditional currency consumes.

The moment you get a job, save a minimum of 10% of every paycheck right off the top, folks.

Yeah cloud services are the exact reason why there are no capacity advancements on local storage.

Good points, regret not having picked up an ipod myself, I did get the 128 GB iPhone 6 and it does hold all my current library. I do want to say playing music on my phone (on board not streaming) barely strains my battery, in fact it's one of the least battery-intensive apps.

Don't know about the other guy, but I did my battery replacement myself.

No one NEEDS most of the things modern man has. No one needs a computer in their pocket, so need is not relevant at all.

I have an iPod Video. Bought the kit from iFixit and did it myself. Less than $20.

Putting music in the cloud is not really the use case for someone who wants an iPod Classic. It's for someone who wants all, or most of their music available without an internet connection. No, nobody needs 160gb of music, but it is really nice to have your entire collection available for the times you just need to

I have a classic from 2006. 32GB. still going strong...after a batter replacement ($15). I love the thing. It does exactly what its meant to do (play music). Works great with the car.

But there's a lot less than 128 GB available on the iPhone. Besides, my battery life is short enough on my phone that I don't want to kill it even faster by using it for music. My Classic is almost full and while I don't "need" all 142 GB of music, it's nice to be able to listen to any song in my collection at any

Would love to know how you can vote with your own dollar when there is only one ISP providing service to your area. In my city, I live ~8 miles from Philadelphia, I have one option, and one option only on my street. So I either agree to whatever pricing Comcast gives me or I dont get TV, internet, or phone service.

Are you kidding me? I also need a car to work. And a bed to sleep in with a roof over my head so I can get a good night's rest. And don't forget my food/water/education so I can show up to said job performing my best.

We get it, you don't like iOS... get over it.

Wow you guys just can't get enough. I really truly think all Android users are either the most insecure people in the world, or the biggest masochists in the world. Or both.

Yeah, mostly because that one algorithm is so unbelievably full of shit I cannot understand why would anyone rely on it. Go on, people, switch to "Most recent" and see how much you've missed!

I always sort chronologically.

Humans have been under control since the advent of the monetary system, the ultimate form of slavery.

Replace zipper with velcro.

I know this is going to border on heresy, but what about just applying a strip of masking tape to the exterior of the device, and writing "If found: 925-555-1212. REWARD!"
