I’m not in any of the cities listed (closest one is about 50 miles), yet it’s available in my zip code. I think when they say city, they also mean a fairly big surrounding area. You should plug in your zip code and see, you never know, you might have access. Whether it’s worth it, only you can decide that part.

The best part too is if you ever travel, you still only pay $10/GB abroad. I used it in Europe and it was great. I think speeds are throttled to 3G though when you travel, but for most of the things I do, this wasn’t an issue.
