Yeah, critiquing someone else’s life is probably valid reason to get cut out. I think my brother-in-law is a total fuck up — but I’m NEVER going to say it to him. Hell, I’ll even encourage him to explore his interests (especially ones that could lead to a career) or stick with that shitty Union construction job

One time I ran out of Gorilla Glue’s wood glue, which is basically wood-colored Elmers, and comes off hands very easy. I then used actual Gorilla Glue and it’s basically superglue — literally had wood pieces stuck to my hands, a completely fucked project, and that shit hardened and would not come off my hands at all.

Well, you can only get so far with 3 inches of wood.

I watched the youtube above and genuinely laughed at the Sheeva Sheeva Drop Drop at 2:19. Who would’ve thought the attack’s counter is the attack...

Phone booth on a firetruck? What will they think of next!?!

Show the scene on defeat?

Yeah, game would have done so much better with a merged A/B line. Switch between characters as needed to complete each ‘section’ then plus or minus a on the fly character-swap-via-button mechanic. Imagine going through the factory as 2b and swapping to 9s to take over an enemy for that segment. Or just assigning 9s’s

Well that’s disappointing but makes more sense on some of this requests:

Oh god, yeah. It becomes especially apparent on some of the earlier Russian missions... “Snake, you’re leaving the mission zone” I’m just trying to climb this hill a bit more to get a better sniper vantage point? And the polar opposite: “We have to rescue the hostage, oh he’s being driven across three bases...” Uh...

This kind of hit me 30 hours in: this game would be really great if they condensed the world into DX-style zones rather than the big open world GTA V / Assassins Creed objective fest it is. How much time did I drive around versus actually doing things?

Yeah, Cyberpunk lacks thoughtful mechanics that correlate with the level design. Just thinking about DX:MD’s first level: you could stealth through vents or lock pick or hack or punch a guy through walls, you can stealth-KO enemies, or you could just go through it with guns blazing. CP is literally just stealth-KO,

Hot take: I like potato graphics and thought Paratopic was great.

You remember Dead Rising 2: Case Zero? A $5 prequel that was a unique, playable area different from the larger game. Literally 70 minutes of real world content, maybe you could squeeze 5 hours of out it leveling and just doing shenanigans.

I’ve been playing Cyberpunk 2077 on GeForce Now and have had very few bugs. Love the story and atmosphere but there’s an inherit jank in the gunplay and movement — especially noticeable jumping from Destiny 2 and GOW5. Feels like the bugs are getting the attention the actual gameplay should be.

YES.

I noticed with long-sleeve jackets/shirts (at least for the first couple of hours) they don’t render on your arms. Keep looking at my feet and seeing bare arms and checking my inventory to see if I have shirts/jackets equipped still.

Honestly, those view counts and subscribes are terribly low for how crazy popular HR was before Kotaku killed it.

Well, good-bye to the “Can you see Pete’s tattoos thru the makeup?” game.
