That's the kind of realization you have to work your way up to.

Congratulations on remaining unspoiled for so long.

You're a coward. Block me too.

It's possible I'm the only one who's too dumb to find the link to the movie review easily, but just in case here it is: http://www.avclub.com/tvclu…

It's probably worth checking out the original Nier if you like Automata that much. The gameplay is worse (second-rate God of War instead of second-rate Bayonetta), but I'd take the story in the original over the sequel pretty easily.

I'm not sure I'll have any time this weekend, but if I do it'll be Planescape: Torment. I've been stalled around what I think is the halfway point for a couple weeks now (due to school stuff), and getting back into it feels a bit daunting. Still, though, from what I've seen it's as good as advertised. The

Well, unfortunately, your option for playing PS3 games is pretty much buying a PS3 and playing them on that. The PS3 was built with arcane architecture that makes it really difficult to emulate (just like it made it difficult to program for) so backwards compatibility is probably off the table.

Mark Arm, too.

I think a lot of it is that the type of music it is doesn't naturally appeal to fans of either Soundgarden or Rage. Or maybe I'm projecting my own feelings there. I also think it was a couple years behind the curve on what alternative sounded like. They sounded like a late 90s band to me.

If anybody complains about Black Hole Sun you play them Rusty Cage and tell them to shut the fuck up.

Yeah, doing that math shocked me a bit. Cornell was put together enough that you could forget his age, but Joe Strummer was only a year older when he died.

It was Buzzo.

The Raid, man, come on.

"the Max Planck Institute For Empirical Aesthetics—which is an actual school and not the punchline to a joke about postmodernism run amok"

See, my friends are gonna drag me to this anyway, so for me it's like at least there's one good reason to be interested. That's more than BvS had.

So did you think the SEALs were just there in the background shitting in every scene? I admit, the thought is worth a laugh…

Yeah, pretty stupid. It's obviously shorthand for "doesn't kill families," but the writers didn't stop to check what decade they were living in.

I don't think they'd have a problem getting writers or directors if they knew what to look for. These movies are the result of drastic top-level misconception.

You might enjoy Focus, where she wears lots of outfits.

48 Hours in 1982 lets you have Predator in 1987. First Blood part 2 is the Rambo everyone actually knows anyway, so that'll probably be 1985 rather than Commando. I'd also expect Aliens to show up, and whatever year Hard Boiled came out it's going to win (especially if it's 1992 which is what my memory says).
